I contacted Randall as I wanted two repairs on my car, this included a dent to the wheel arch and a dent to the mirror. This is shown on emails and I also visited the place with a friend to discuss the repairs which Randall told me that this was going to cost 220 plus vat 264. A couple weeks later I then booked my car in for the repairs. when picking up the car and taking it home I then noticed there was only 1 repair done. I contacted the repair centre straight away and was told a man would ring me back. I then had a phone call to pop down by Wayne, when I got there the lady on reception rang Randall and he then said see if the boys in Bodyshop can do it now. She was very sorry and said he is very forgetful. Wayne then came and had a look and said it would need a new casing which was meant to be in the first place when I had the quote. A Week later I ring and Speak to Randall and he tried saying he never knew about the wingmirror and was very rude and did not let me say a word on the phone. So I then sent emails showing the quote and pictures of the mirror. He then remembered about the mirror but said it wasnt in the quote. Personally think he messed up on the price and tried to forget about it. If anyone chooses this company I advise to get a written quotation from the man because as the lady who works there said hes a very forgetful man.
