Beware of shoddy, dangerous work. Ball joint came off 2 months after they put it on and they're refusing any responsibility. EDIT: In response, I have the van and the invoice and was put in a potentially life threatening situation, albeit the work having been paid for by the previous owner, so that to me is enough to feel the need to warn future potential customers. You are well aware that it was your garage that is responsible for the work and are clearly trying to find a way of hiding this. 2nd EDIT: according to the AA and the garage who fixed it for me, the only possible way of the ball joint failing in that way is by it being fitted badly. I am not a mechanic so I am only repeating what the professionals that saw the work said to me.
