I've been using Al for a few years now. My first experience was after having had a recurring problem that even with countless visits to Audi specialists and other local garages was still not resolved despite forking out several hundred pounds in the process! A friend recommended Al and he sorted the problem in about half an hour for the grand total of 40. Was also told by Audi that I needed new brakes, so booked Al to do the job. When he arrived and started the job he told me they were absolutely fine with plenty of wear left. Although he could have done it anyway and I'd have been none the wiser he didn't proceed and returned the parts. First class service, very friendly, dependable and honest.

This is a family run business. They are honest, friendly and helpful and you know you won't be 'ripped off'. As a female it's reassuring to be able to speak to someone who will explain things to me without being patronising. They are totally trustworthy and I have many friends who use their services.
