USELESS !!! AVOID !!! constant head ache, very quick too take my money as a tennant, all ways clueless when you call them, promise call backs and never do, very disorganized, when i gave notice, turned up announced a few days later and let themselves in to give viewings, slow to pay back bond, constantly messed about on appointments too give keys and do final walk through, when i finally got some one there too do hand over turned up with inventory for flat upstairs, did not know where meters where so had too disturb the landlord too come show where meters where, then nearly a year later i get a council tax demand for a month i wasnt even in the property have contacted them twice in the last two day to sort and still no resolve
