Worst post office staff I've ever come across in this Abergavenny town post office, Totally ' Not ' helpful... Very poor service all round, Post offices are there to help customers... Not this one, I've heard the same from many many other customers who have visited this post office,

A recent bad experience here means I will never visit again. After waiting 45 minutes to post an urgent parcel in a queue that stretched out of the door, I was one person away from being served when a local trader brought a very large postal sack containing approximately 20 various size parcels. Due to being under staffed and the business drop off counter being closed, they basically were allowed to jump the queue, adding a further 15 minute wait to my time, (Sorry but an hours wait is beyond unacceptable).When politely asking for an explanation I was abruptly told that it was a service that they (local businesses) pay for ! Hold on, what about the 20.76 that I'm just about to pay for The height of arrogance and incredibly rude.Will make other arrangements in future.
