Really good service. I was able to book an appointment for the next day and Jo came to the house which was very convenient. I was in quite a lot of pain but Jo was able to relieve this during the first session and came back to help me with strengthening exercises the following week.
Jo has been working with me for 3 months, helping me through a couple of long term sports injuries. She has been methodical, inventive and thorough in providing a rehabilitation programme and treatments which have resulted in significant improvements in my condition and virtually eliminated the pain I was experiencing.
