I dont usually tell many people where my favourite record shops are for selfish reasons, but having just discovered one of my instant top 5 record shops in the UK I want to let everyone know. I love this place and was bowled over by the fact that in addition to the heavyweight selection of music (quality over quantity with very decent prices) he also has high end audiophile second hand hi-fi equipment like Rega & Technics record players, Nakamichi tape decks and whatnot. It is clear the owner not only has a broad & deep knowledge of music he also intentionally ONLY stocks gear that will get the best sound out of the medium. To top it all off he has a record cleaner and he takes great pride in making sure all his stock has been cleaned + graded with absolute accuracy. These are all the hallmarks of a world class record shop, I know because I have traveled the world seeking out these shops, these records and this equipment. Its never been all that common to find the best music, equipment and fair prices under one roof. I will be visiting this shop forever so.... you better hurry down before I grab all the treasures while you sleep
