Great place for quality clothes that look great
Really helpful and made alterations while we waited also had a great selection of clothing.
As a female I felt threatened and intimidated and absolutely disgusted in the lack of customer service I received in this shop. It was the first time Id ever been made to cry in a shop. I bought a pocket tissue for 14.99 and two days later after finding out my partner had found the correct colour to match, I tried to bring it back, it was unopened and I had the reciet, they did not have a lighter colour pink that I needed so i wanted a full refund. After being shouted at and talked down to in the shop by the man who owes it i burst out crying, he didnt even apologize ONCE! No one asked me if I was okay or was there any form of comfort they stood there and watched me cry my eyes out and had no other choice but the take the credit note. He stated the fact that he legally doesnt have to take the item back , Ive bought something out of HIS shop and all he can do is a credit note after explaining I dont need anything else in the shop I just wanted my refund he got aggressive and Ive never been spoken to the way the owner spoke to me .. OVER A 14.99 REFUND ! He clearly doesnt have pride and passion in his shop otherwise he wouldnt talk to customers the way he did to me and to make a 24 year old girl cry her eyes out in a shop full of people and then cry all the way back to my work is beyond the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I will never step foot in that shop ever again and I will be taking this to citizen advice and I hope karma works its magic with the horrible man who ownes this shop.

I recently purchased a suit from Retreat Clothing. It was excellent value for money, and James responded attentively to a minor, Royal Mail issue which arose during delivery. I will be shopping here again.
